William of Rights

Quite frankly, I'm shocked at the number of people out and about on Baltimore's west side on a beautiful fall afternoon who are reluctant to take a few moments to stop and discuss the Bill of Rights with a complete stranger.

And believe me, it wasn't for lack of trying.
