BALTIMORE - Smile, Hon, You're in Baltimore! Editor William P. Tandy reads a brand-new piece on today’s edition of local arts and culture program The Signal. The show airs at noon and 7:00 p.m. EST, Friday, October 9, on 88.1 WYPR-FM, or listen online through the WYPR website.
